The political Bureau, led by Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, heard the report from the municipal Party Committee Secretary Le Thanh Hai about the documents that discussed in Congress and the opinion from members of Politburo,leader of ministries and agencies. Politburo appreciated the City's achievements. It said that they managed well with the financial crisis and global econimic decrease. So, they contributed to the 10th Party Congress' Resolution." Ho Chi Minh City should continue attract people to keep the economic grow up or stay stable and to cooperate with other countries," Noted by the Politburo. They should try hard to coperate with ministries and State agencies to create power for development. Ho Chi minh City was asked to pay more attention to urban planning and focus in their weakpoint in transoprtation, eletricity and watter supply. Release New Public Security Website.

The Ministry of Public Security officially just released its website. Its goals are to make people aware about laws of the country and keep updateing new informations to their citizens. Nguyen Duc Dung, the head of the media center, said, "Information related to the sector will be regularly updated to provide viewers with the latest information, particularly information relating to the sector's activities and the country's policies, regulations and laws." It makes people can communicate to the misnister easier. " This would in turn support the ministry's management activities and the website will serve as an interaction point between police and people because reader will able to ask question directly on the site about law-related issues," said Minister Le Hong Anh. Japan Constructs Container in the City of Hai Phong

Japan's Mitsui OSK Lines Ltd joins with Viet Nam National Shipping Lines to construct a major container port in northern city of Hai Phong. Nguyen Dai Dung said," The 53.8ha port will be built under the public-private partnership model." It would consist of building infrastructure and use official development assistance loans from Japanese Government. Ja pan spends approximately US$250 million to build two container terminals. Japanesse companies set up plants and Vietnam wants to be an export base. Vietnam need at least $56 billion to build and upgrade their seaport before they develope marine economy.

It is seem like they sigh an agreement to be allience. It is nice to build more infrastructures. Therefore, they can trade more and the econimic will increase slowly. Housing Market Frozen in Vietnam

Prople have rushed to buy a luxary apartment such as Sai Gon Pearl, The Vista, Estella, Blooming Park, Phu Hoang Anh, Hoang Anh Riverview before the housing market forze. Nowadays,there are so many condos for sale on the internet but no one wants to buy it. Tran Van Hai, head of Phu My Hung Vinaland property transaction office, said " his office his office hadn't had a luxury apartment sale for three months, despite prices at below cost." Nguyen Minh Suong, director of District 2's Dai Nam Property Co, said " a project in Nam Sai Gon Area drooped its price but it had not attracted the buyers. In addition, while they can not slow the process of the project, it is difficult to take out loans from the bank. Real estates are trying hard to grap attention from the buyers by giving out the discount and promotion but it is not successful. They offer to give 10 percent discounts, free kitchensand dong/dollar exchange rate deals that benefit all the buyers.

In my opinion, it is a trend to live in an apartment or buy a new apartment. It brings you a comfort to live in an apartment near a trasportation. For example, there are so many new apartments locate near the BTS, MRT or BRT. People buy them because it is easy to go to other places even the price is quite high. If I am a billionair i would love to buy one condo that is located near the center of Bangkok or easy to transport.

Illegal Trade in Veitnam

Vietnam and Indonesian, the Forestry Directorate, Customs, and Environmental Police,are fighting against the illegal trade such as timber, tiger and other wild animals. They discuss the way to fight against the wildlife trade. Their opinion is to develope an agreement and cooperate between two countries. Ha Cong Tuan, vice directer of the Forestry Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, says, "This is one of the practical actions to mark the 55th anniversary of Vietnamese - Indonesian diplomatic relations." He adds, "We are looking forward to working with Indonesian authorities to effectively curb the illegal wildlife trade, while encouraging the legal trade in wildlife between the two countries,"

This is also a huge issue in Thailand. there are alot of illegal trade. It destroys the evironment and lifes. Every animals love their life same as humans. Our riligion teachs that it is a sin to take away somebody's life eventhough it is an animal. Therefore, it is not right to take away lifes. In addition, this trade will cause some effect to others. Sometimes, they kill mother and get the immature kids to sale.They can not survive by themselves. That is so pity. I personally do not agree with the illegal trade too. It will harm so many people and things. It is very interesting topic. I wonder how they are going to fix this problem. It is a good idea to cooperate two countries to help each other.

Dust Problem in Veitnam.

I read an article about the obstructiveness of the building dust in Da Nang (Residents in central Da Nang City's Hoa Vang District). It says apporximately 500 trucks deliver buliding materials such as soil, stone and sand to the district everyday. Dust infilrate into most houses. It also harms people lifestyles. Dinh Ngoc Hung says his family and his neighborhoods more than 1,000 family in Cam Nam Hamlet in Hoa Vang has been covered with dust since two years ago. He says 100 pass through his town to fill soil and stone. The residents in the hamlet try to stop the trucks. The residents say ,"Dust penetrates houses and reddens the furniture, even though people close all the doors and windows". Another resident, Vo Thanh Nhon, said the trucks did not cover their loads carefully and it blew or fell off all over the place." Pollution occurs in other city for example Hoa Nhon and Hoa Son.
It is one of the most important thing that gorverments should immediately fix. They should concern about people's health. And they also have to construct their building at the same time. The governments should be aware of people's sickness.

There are so many phone services in Vietnam, which are Vinaphone, S-Fone, Vietnamobile and Beeline. And more than 140 million people supporter in Vietnam. MobiFone The local moblie phone networks called Vinaphone and MobiFone, both managed by state-owned Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications. They are the largest mobile phone services with the largest wireless that carry around Vietnam. People want government to decrease the rate to 20 percent but it was rejected. Local mobile phone networks are banned by the telecommunications authority last month because the reduce the price to 15 percent. Other mobile services including Beeline and Vietnamobile do not have to make make new prices to prevent from selling beloe costs.

I think, sometimes, it is too expensive for a phone call. It is unreasonable and we would not know that they cheat on the bill or not. The bill may come out more that the real. I choose this topic because I think eveybody are using the phone now even my sister. She is 8 years old. Surprisingly, she has a mobile phone. Therefore, i think this is a big problem and the phone bill is expensive too.
